Do you only take whole-company projects?
No. HeCheng (Asia) Limited fits a full enterprise window, but many commissions begin with a single pane: one connector, one data pipeline or one legacy system brought onto current tooling. A small, well-sized first commission gives you a fair look at the way the studio works before the bench takes on a larger picture.
How is a commission priced?
The survey stage is quoted as a fixed, modest fee and results in a written ledger and pattern for your intended pane. Building work is priced on the cut, lead, solder and fit stages that the pattern reveals, so you see the full figure before the first pane is fixed. There are no open-ended time and materials surprises on the studio side of the glass.
What happens after handover?
Every fitted pane carries a defined service routine. HeCheng (Asia) Limited stays beside the window until your own keepers are confident, hands over the complete drawings and drills, and remains available through your chosen support level for the life of the pane. One number, one team, and one accountable view of the estate you asked us to fit.
