One window,
many bright panes.

HeCheng (Asia) Limited designs, joins and fits the full estate of your information systems the way a glazier builds a leaded window. Each pane is cut true, each came joint soldered clean, every panel fitted and signed off before the next one is set. What you receive is not a collection of software boxes but a single coherent view of your operations.

What we cut and fit

Our integrated design practice plans and delivers the systems that run a regional operator day to day. Below are the six panels we build most often; each is cut to its own glass, yet every one is designed to sit in the same leaded window as the rest of your estate.

Enterprise Systems Integration

The careful joining of many separate applications into a single working whole. HeCheng (Asia) Limited maps your existing landscape, then designs the connectors, the data contracts and the operating rhythm that allow billing, payroll, inventory, HR and reporting to move information as one. We wire the came between the panes so that your operations staff never need to copy a number twice.

Custom Software Architecture

Regional operators rarely fit inside a stock template. We specify the architecture that matches the shape of your business, from the choice of modular services down to the boundaries between teams. Studio engineers from HeCheng (Asia) Limited define the patterns, the interfaces and the review gates so that everything built next year still interlocks with everything built this year. The result is software that grows without warping.

Cloud Infrastructure Design

We design the foundations on which your services actually run. Careful selection of regions, networks, storage and access gives you an estate that is resilient when a provider stumbles and economical when demand is quiet. Every cloud decision is made against your real workloads and your real obligations, and the whole design is documented so that your own people understand, and can defend, each choice.

Legacy System Modernisation

Older systems are not a weakness; an old pane can still show a fine light. We modernise carefully, replacing only what blocks progress and keeping what carries real value. HeCheng (Asia) Limited rehouses the data, upgrades the brittle joints and lifts the whole estate onto current tooling without shutting the business down for a single trading day. Change happens panel by panel, always reversible, always testable.

Data Pipeline Engineering

Your records are the raw coloured glass of the window; the wrong joins distort the picture. We build the pipelines that move, clean and combine data so that the numbers your directors read match the numbers your field teams enter. Checks at every stage, clear lineage at every hop. When a figure is questioned, the path back to the source is short and well lit. That is the mark of an honest integration.

IT Service Management Platforms

Every pane needs a keeper and a routine. We design the service desks, the change boards, the incident flows and the monitoring screens that keep the estate alive after we step back from the bench. HeCheng (Asia) Limited hands your teams the tools and the drills they need, so that a failed pane is noticed, reported and replaced before your customers ever see a crack in the light.

Why a single bench

One studio answer for the whole window

Regional operators are rarely short of vendors; they are often short of a single answer. A billing platform has a support line, an inventory tool has another, and the cloud provider answers only for its own corner. When something breaks across the seam between two of them, every party points at every other, and the operation stands waiting while the light stays out.

HeCheng (Asia) Limited was founded by He Cheng on the opposite conviction: that an integrated estate deserves one pane of accountability. The studio that cuts the glass, runs the came, sweats the solder and fits the finished panel is the studio that answers when the light fails. That is not a slogan on a poster; it is the reason our scoping documents budget for ownership, our tests run at the joints as well as at the panes, and our support channel stays open for the whole life of the fitted window.

The result is a working relationship your operations teams can read at a glance. There is one number to call, one drawing of the whole estate, and one process that turns a request for change into a new pane on the same silhouette. Busy operators tell us this single-line of sight is worth as much to their peace of mind as the systems themselves, because a design partner who sees the whole window never shrugs at a broken seam.

Integrations fitted and signed off

Across clean-build systems, careful modernisations and the pipelines that feed them, the figure keeps rising because every panel is built to a single standard. When HeCheng (Asia) Limited takes accountability for a window, one studio answers for every pane inside it. There is one number to call, one team that knows the full picture, and one process that turns a request into a fitted pane.

The glazing flow

From raw sheet to fitted window

An integration is made the way a studio window is made. Work passes down the bench in ordered stages so that every pane meets the standard before it is set in the came.

1

Survey

We stand back, study the light and map what stands already. Systems, data, people and risk are all put on the drawing.

2

Cut

Each new component is cut to its true shape and size, sized to the workload and checked against the pattern before anything is fixed.

3

Lead

H-frames of logic and contract bring separate pieces into one rank, so information can pass cleanly pane to pane.

4

Solder

The joints are sealed and hardened. Tests run at every came joint, and the whole panel is exercised under full load.

5

Fit

The panel is set into the live window, observed under the real north light of production, then formally signed off as fitted.
